My debut story! You'll fall for Millie and the Grump

Hi everyone, Emma here! I'm so excited to debut my very first published story, Millie and the Grump. As a budding author focused on writing sweet contemporary romances in short story format, I couldn't be more thrilled to launch this first story exclusively on Deanna's World YouTube channel as a free "straight to audio" book.

Millie and the Grump follows the story of sunny florist Millie who meets the grumpy Knox when he comes into her flower shop to buy a birthday bouquet. Though initially put off by his surliness, Millie's irrepressible cheerfulness and charm start to thaw Knox's frosty exterior over his repeat visits. An unexpected runaway cat adventure even brings out Knox's protective caring side.

With humor and heart, Millie and the Grump is a bite-sized audio romantic story exploring how opposites can attract when hidden depths are revealed. It's a feel-good story reminding us to keep an open heart. I had so much fun writing these characters and crafting this uplifting tale about looking past first impressions.
