Hello, I'm Emma Hartlight

Hello, my name is Emma Hartlight, and I am so excited to finally be introducing myself as an aspiring author of sweet contemporary romance stories. Writing has always been my passion, and now I have the joy of sharing my tales with you.

As a hopeless romantic at heart, my goal as an author is simple: to share stories that capture the joy of falling in love for the very first time and celebrate relationships where passion and purpose align. My focus is on those hopeful beginnings when all things seem possible between two souls just starting to connect.

I grew up loving nothing more than curling up with a good book, happily escaping into different worlds crafted by my favorite authors. Now, I hope to craft my own special worlds and share them with readers like you looking for an escape into joy, hope and warmth found in the beginnings of love.

Beyond books, my two other great passions are food and cooking. I see cooking as a creative outlet to craft something delectable that brings people together. As an avid entertainer, I love hosting dinner parties and brunches where friends gather over good food and conversation. My specialty lies in comfort foods with a quirky twist on classics.

Though an introvert at heart who needs plenty of quiet time alone to recharge, I also crave connection with others and delight in meeting new people. I hope my warm and bubbly personality along with my wacky sense of humor shine through in my writing and resonate with my readers.

Small acts of kindness are at the core of who I am, and I aim to spread as much joy in the world as I can through my writing and in my everyday life. My stories are filled with compassion and warmth, and I hope that spirit shines through on every page.

I'm thrilled to announce that my debut audiobook story will soon be available for free as an audiobook hosted on Deanna's World YouTube channel. This heartwarming tale follows new love blooming between a sweet barista and her grumpy customer at a charming coffee shop. I hope it provides a sweet escape and a chance to dream of your own "happily ever after."
